Privacy policy
This covers the PipWallet website itself. It's separate from, and doesn't replace, the confidentiality terms in your signed Managed Trading Services Agreement.

What we collect
This website itself does not have any sign-up forms and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data you type into it. The "Get started" page links directly to WhatsApp and email — when you use one of those links, you leave this website and the conversation happens entirely within WhatsApp or your email app, governed by their own privacy practices, not this site's.
Like most websites, basic technical information (browser type, approximate location from IP address, pages visited) may be collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes. This website doesn't add any tracking or analytics on top of that.
How your WhatsApp or email conversation is used
Whatever you share with us directly over WhatsApp or email — your name, contact details, account status, and eventually your MT5 credentials once you choose to share them — is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to onboard your trading account under the terms of the signed Agreement. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Messages sent to us over WhatsApp are stored in WhatsApp's own systems and on our device, under WhatsApp's privacy terms — not on this website or any server we operate. The same applies to email, stored by whichever email provider you and we use. This website has no database and stores nothing about you.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request its deletion, and object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set are strictly functional (for example, remembering that you've dismissed a notice) unless stated otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
