Privacy policy
This covers the PipWallet website — the data it collects when you browse or use the "Get started" form. It's separate from, and doesn't replace, the confidentiality terms in your signed Managed Trading Services Agreement.

What we collect
When you use the "Get started" form, you may share: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, country, Pepperstone account status, planned deposit range, MT5 account number, and MT5 server name. The form is deliberately designed to never ask for your MT5 password — see Get started for why.
Like most websites, basic technical information (browser type, approximate location from IP address, pages visited) may be collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.
How it's used
Information from the form is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to onboard your trading account under the terms of the signed Agreement. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How the form actually works
The "Get started" form builds a pre-filled WhatsApp message from what you type and opens it in your own WhatsApp app for you to review and send — that message goes directly from your device to ours over WhatsApp, not through this website. As a backstop, a copy of what you typed is also logged to our own secure records at the same time, so we can still follow up if the WhatsApp message itself is never sent.
Where it's stored
The WhatsApp message you send goes straight to PipWallet's WhatsApp number and isn't stored by this website at all. The backup copy of your form submission is stored in PipWallet's hosting account and is only accessible to the PipWallet team — it is never sold, shared, or used for anything beyond following up on your enquiry.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request its deletion, and object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set are strictly functional (for example, remembering that you've dismissed a notice) unless stated otherwise.
