Every document, in full, before you sign anything
Nothing here is abridged or paraphrased. These are the real documents — read them, ask questions, and only proceed once you're comfortable with all of it.
The parts most people ask about
This is a summary for orientation only — not a substitute for reading the Agreement itself.
No custody of your funds
PipWallet never accepts deposits, holds, or has withdrawal access to your funds. Your money stays in your own account with your own broker at all times. PipWallet's role is limited to configuring and running the trading system using login credentials you provide.
Not licensed as a fund manager
PipWallet is not licensed by Kenya's Capital Markets Authority or any other financial regulator. This Agreement is a private, individually negotiated performance-fee arrangement for the use of automated trading software — not a collective investment scheme. You're encouraged to seek independent legal and financial advice before signing.
The 40% performance fee
Calculated weekly. A profitable week: you keep 60%, PipWallet is paid 40% of that week's net profit. A flat or losing week: no fee. Losses in one week don't carry forward to offset fees in a later profitable week.
Either party can end it, anytime
This Agreement has no fixed term. Either party may terminate with immediate effect by written notice — including WhatsApp or email. PipWallet removes the system from your account within 24 hours of notice. Any fee already accrued before termination remains payable.
What happens if a fee isn't paid
PipWallet pauses the system on your account until an outstanding fee is settled. If it remains unpaid more than 10 business days after being paused, PipWallet may remove the system, treat the Agreement as terminated, and pursue recovery of the amount owed, including reasonable recovery costs.
Trading carries real risk
The system has historically closed roughly 80–90% of Trading Weeks in profit, based on audited historical records — this is a historical figure only, not a guarantee of any future result. Margin trading can result in the loss of some or all of the funds deposited. Only fund an account with money you can afford to lose.
